Ecosystem services are a very new research field within the framework of LCA and yet, no fully operational method exist. Marine ecosystem services are usually not the focus of attempts to integrate ecosystem services into LCA. We will therefore make the first steps towards integrating impacts on marine ecosystem services into the framework of LCA.
